Apple has demanded to stop the sale of products of Chinese manufacturer’s iPhone-Clone Meizu, but the head of the latter, in turn, called on the PRC authorities to protect domestic producers.
According to Apple CEO Steve Jobs that the Chinese have stolen ideas and intellectual property. In this case, the arguments presented by Apple was enough that the Chinese Intellectual Property Office has imposed a ban on the manufacture and sale of smartphone Meizu M8, which was introduced back in 2007, the year immediately after the announcement of the first generation iPhone.
Currently, Meizu is finalizing its new model M9, constructed on the basis of Google Android with proprietary user interface. In addition, M9 is quite different from the iPhone and in terms of design.
