Samsung S8500 Wave - the first phone based platform bada

Already this week, Samsung will release for sale the world's first device running an operating system bada. 

The device called the S8500 Wave managed through proprietary user interface TouchWIZ third generation with support for up to ten virtual desktops and a variety of widgets. Thanks to the Social Hub can comfortably work with instant messaging service, social networks and e-mail. 

The device is made in monoblock form factor, is equipped with 3.3-inch AMBLED-display with a resolution of 480 × 800 pixels, WLAN Blue-tooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi, GPS-receiver, FM-tuner, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and the ability to record video format 720p, and connectors for microSD memory card capacity up to 32 GB. 

New works in networks GSM / GPRS / EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS / HSPA 900/2100 MHz. 

S8500 Wave will be available in Europe  already this week. Residents of other countries will get the gadget later this year.
