American company Dell showed communicator Lightning, running the latest operating system Windows Phone 7. Designed as a horizontal slider form factor with sliding QWERTY-keyboard device equipped with a 4.1-inch touchscreen OLED-display with WVGA, 5-megapixel camera with auto focus, 512 MB RAM and 1 GB of internal memory.
Dell Lightning, built on the basis of gigahertz processor Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250, supports Adobe Flash and Silverlight.
There are card slot format microSD, wireless modules Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, FM-tuner, accelerometer, proximity switches and lighting, as well as GPS-receiver, microUSB-interface and electronic compass.
It pulls power from the battery capacity of 1400 mAh. Size of new items - 121,6 × 64,4 × 14,9 mm.
Available Dell Lightning appears in the fourth quarter of this year.
