According to the edition of Kommersant, operators of the Big Three managed to negotiate with Apple to supply iPhone 3GS. 

MTS, VimpelCom and MegaFon will release a new model of the communicator Apple next year, tentatively in February or March, although the terms of the agreement operators, of course, do not reveal. MTS has agreed to supply Apple with the iPhone 3GS two weeks ago. 
MegaFon has reached an agreement in principle with the U.S. company at the end of last week and plans to bring iPhone 3GS market in the first quarter of 2010, told "Kommersant" The Director of Public Relations operator Peter Lidov.
